About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, results‑oriented Digital Commerce Specialist to manage all Loacker digital sales platforms—including our online store, Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and more—in close collaboration with agency partners. This role focuses on accelerating online sales through expert e‑commerce management, actionable data insights, and innovative marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for operational excellence across U.S. eCommerce channels, overseeing logistics, customer service, and business client relationships.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C environments, proven skills in digital storefront management, and the ability to leverage AI tools and automation to boost efficiency, refine targeting, and increase conversions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing plans for all digital commerce accounts, focusing on cost‑effective, high‑ROI activities that drive growth.
  • Oversee, optimise, and update the company’s e‑commerce platforms and online storefronts—including product setup, pricing, promotions, content, and inventory accuracy—ensuring alignment with brand standards and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the digital marketplace.
  • Leverage analytics and AI‑powered tools to monitor performance metrics (such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue), generate actionable reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership for strategic decision‑making and future marketing investments.
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns to drive online traffic, boost conversions, drive growth and enhance customer engagement in collaboration with agencies and the digital marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain compelling product content, visuals, and promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain operational excellence and drive efficiencies by managing forecasting, inventory, and logistics for all digital accounts, as well as handling second‑level support for platform issues and consumer inquiries, including conducting regular site audits to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 4‑year degree required
  • 2+ year hands‑on experience in e‑commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing or agency experience
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces and shopping platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, as well as digital conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in key marketing and analytics tools—including Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing metrics—is essential for driving data‑backed decisions and optimising results.
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing, analytics, and automation tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot) is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content and visuals that connect with target audiences.
  • Background in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and understanding of graphic design principles is recommended.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights are critical.
