Aboutthe role
The Lead, Cross Category Platforms – Women’s Health & Kids will play a critical role in building and scaling Haleon’s priority growth platforms across Women’s Health and Kids. Reporting to the Director of Cross Category Platforms, this role will help shape strategy, develop business cases, and drive end-to-end execution across brands, channels, and retail environments.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of brand marketing, shopper marketing, analytics, and commercial strategy. The Manager will lead work streams that span insight generation, opportunity sizing, in-store and omnichannel execution, and senior-level storytelling—turning complexity into clear, actionable growth plans.
This role is ideal for a strong brand builder with a passion for data, an eye for great execution, and the ability to influence without authority.
This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office
, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ office.
- Support the development of short- and medium-term strategies for Women’s Health and Kids growth platforms across Haleon’s U.S. portfolio.
- Identify whitespace opportunities through consumer, shopper, and market insights; translate them into clear “where to play / how to win” choices.
- Build robust business cases from the ground up, including opportunity sizing, financial modeling, risk assessment, and phasing.
- Partner with Finance, Insights, and Commercial teams to align assumptions and validate growth potential.
- Apply core Associate Brand Manager skills to platform initiatives, including campaign development, packaging updates, claims evolution, and innovation support.
- Partner with Brand teams to ensure platform strategies are translated into compelling brand-level activations.
- Support innovation pipelines across Women’s Health and Kids, including concept development, commercialization readiness, and launch execution.
- Lead development of shopper strategies that bring platform ideas to life at retail, including merchandising, displays, shelf communication, and omnichannel activation.
- Partner closely with Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to ensure execution excellence across key customers.
- Help design test-and-learn pilots in-store and online, using results to refine and scale winning executions.
- Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Circana), retailer data, and internal dashboards to diagnose performance and uncover growth drivers and drainers.
- Develop KPIs and measurement plans to track platform performance across awareness, conversion, and sales impact.
- Synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform decision‑making.
- Create clear, compelling narratives that bring strategies, insights, and results to life for senior leaders.
- Support development of leadership‑ready presentations for Category GMs, Marketing Leadership Team, and cross‑functional forums.
