Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in EMR systems.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance cardiovascular medicine.
- Provide telehealth services as needed to enhance accessibility for patients.
- Qualifications
- Master?s degree in Nursing or related field with active Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Proven experience in critical care or acute care settings.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
- Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to perform suturing and other procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.
