Shift: Night 3x12s – 19:00–07:15 35.25 hrs/week Every other weekend No block scheduling

Minimum 1.5 years acute care (must relate to role) First-time travelers accepted Locals accepted May float based on skill set & hospital needs (confirm with traveler) No fresh hearts Patient Ratios: 1:1–3 (Critical Care) 1:4–6 if floated Patient Population:
Acute renal failure GI surgery CVAs, TBIs Vented patients Required
Certifications:
BLS ACLS NIH Required Experience/
Skills:
Neuro ICU / SICU Strong EKG interpretation PA Line / Swan-Ganz monitoring TAVI/TAVR Insulin protocols CVVHD / CRRT Strong IV skills Lumbar drains Post-neuro surgery EVD management Vent management Preferred: IABP / Impella / LVAD EMR: EPIC Scrubs:
