Job Description
Elaya Health is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with diabetes management and other endocrinology needs.
Salary: up to $90 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education. Manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology. Work as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New Jersey. Telehealth and/or in person work needed.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
- At least 6 months of work experience
- Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NJ State
