• Provide in‑home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review, physical exam, and if ordered, additional diagnostic tests.
• Travel up to 100% of the time within a defined coverage area; may require overnight stays, car rentals or flights.
• Build trusted relationships and provide personalized care to help people improve their health.
• Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation; not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests or alter current treatment regimens.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and other indicated services.

• Active, unrestricted practice license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses as required.
• Coverage of all counties within New Hampshire and flexibility to other areas of business need.

Typical pay range: $87,035.00 – $, based on experience, education, geography and other factors.

Full‑time, anticipated weekly hours: 40.
