Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and vital signs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being
- Contribute to individualized care planning
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time RNs - $2.00/hour Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
