Operating Room Nurse - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night 3x12-Hour Shift (19:00 - 07:30)
An experienced Operating Room Nurse is needed for a high-volume Level 2 Trauma Center. The nurse will be responsible for circulating and scrubbing in surgeries across various specialties, including robotic, ENT, orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro surgeries.
Assist with surgical procedures as a scrub and circulating nurse.
Provide high-quality patient care and support to surgical teams.
Demonstrate competency in operating room procedures and protocols.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Minimum of 2 years of acute care OR nursing experience.
Robotic and ENT surgical experience is required.
Current BLS certification is mandatory.
Active NJ or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
