Salary: $96,475 - $108,534 per year, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Mentor, coach, and support nurses and CNAs to promote clinical excellence and professional development.
  • Coordinate and conduct community‑wide new hire orientation, clinical education, and ongoing staff development programs.
  • Maintain orientation, training, competency, and employee education records while supporting resident assessments and care planning as assigned.
  • Lead infection prevention and control efforts in collaboration with clinical leadership.
  • Manage and track required training, certifications, competencies, and regulatory compliance for CNAs, CMAs, HHAs, and LPNs, including annual education requirement.
  • Serve as the clinical education liaison for student training programs, clinical partnerships, and certification courses.
  • Support medication administration training and CMA delegation in accordance with state regulations.
  • Mentor nursing staff, provide bedside coaching, and promote clinical excellence and growth through education and professional development.
  • Promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork across departments.
What You’ll Need:
  • Current and active New Jersey RN license required.
  • CPR certification and IV certified required.
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain qualifications to coordinate a State Approved Certified Nurse Aide training program.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience in long‑term care.
  • Prior experience with geriatric population required.
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to quality improvement in resident care.
  • Knowledge of EMR and basic knowledge of electronic mail system.
