RN Supervisor (Overnight)

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Position: RN Supervisor
Schedule: Part-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $50–$52 per hour

OPTIMA CARE HARBORVIEW is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor resident care and address clinical concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct rounds throughout the facility to maintain high standards of care and resident safety.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure positive resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication regarding resident care issues.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Home setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage overnight operations.
