Nurse Supervisor

Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on assigned shifts in our skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facility. You will oversee bedside nursing, coordinate resident assessments and care plans, manage admissions and discharges, and ensure safe, high-quality care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, monitoring clinical outcomes, supporting rehab and long-term care goals, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and promoting our compassionate, resident-first culture and regulatory compliance.
