About the Role:

Michel Badin MD PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to hematology and oncology patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Collaborate with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary care team to develop and manage individualized patient care plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging relevant to hematologic and oncologic conditions

Administer and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology-related treatments

Manage symptom control, supportive care, and palliative interventions for cancer patients

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and disease management

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)

Prior experience in hematology, oncology, or a related specialty strongly preferred.

Candidates with experience in internal medicine, hospital medicine, or another relevant specialty who are highly motivated to learn oncology are enouraged to apply.

Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols, clinical oncology guidelines, and supportive care management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach

DEA license and NPI number required or ability to obtain
