RN Supervisor – Weekends Only
Arista Care
Arista Care is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor (Weekends Only) to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our facility during assigned weekend shifts. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
As the RN Supervisor
, you will be entrusted with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and uphold Arista Care’s commitment to excellence.
Position Details
- Schedule: Weekends only
- Shifts Available: All shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight)
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities during your assigned tour of duty
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee resident care to ensure the highest degree of quality and safety
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary team
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and clinical issues as they arise
