Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform patient assessments and document clinical findings Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program Masters Degree Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Arrhythmia course Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Skills Telemetry Equipment Operation Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation Medication Administration Patient Assessment Electronic Health Records Pharmacology Telemetry Data Interpretation Interdisciplinary Collaboration Patient Education Clinical Documentation Infection Control Emergency Response Quality Improvement Initiatives Professional Development Telemetry Nursing Experience Next Steps Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from with instructions to complete a required screening step.
