Title: Quality Assurance

Compensation: $72,000 – $90,000 + Annual Bonus

, Inc. seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to ensure the highest standards of quality across our products and services. The role focuses on meticulous testing, defect identification, and collaboration with development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and existing functionalities.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking systems, providing clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testability.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide early feedback on quality and potential issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, preferably within an e‑commerce or large‑scale technology environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and various testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail) and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality products.
