Description
GRATO is a high volume restaurant dedicated to whole foods and inventive ITALIAN seasonal farm-to-table fare using local ingredients from an open kitchen seeks A FULL TIME SERVER who would also be interested in becoming a BARTENDER.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience with liquor, wine and beer but wants to learn more about cocktail creation.

General priorities and responsibilities- To exceed our guests’ exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.

- To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
- Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
- To respond positively to guests’ requests.
