As a Bakery Assistant at Carlo’s Bakery, you will support the production team in preparing, baking, decorating, and packaging our wide range of bakery products. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment within the baking industry.

• Ensure all baked goods meet Carlo’s Bakery quality and presentation standards.
• Package and label products accurately for retail and wholesale distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; sanitize all tools, equipment, and surfaces.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• No previous experience required – we will provide training!
• Must be able to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs above waist level.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check
