Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Union, or nearby NJ counties.

• Source opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and referral partners
• Guide owners through valuation conversations and sale preparation
• Market deals to qualified buyers (confidentially) and manage NDAs
• Coordinate the process: buyer inquiries, management calls, LOIs, due diligence, and closing steps
• Build long-term relationships with owners, buyers, CPAs, attorneys, and lenders
• Have a hunter’s drive and a consultative, relationship‑first approach
• Can stay organized across a long‑cycle, multi‑step sales process
• Are comfortable with outbound activity and building a local network
• Bring experience in B2B sales, business operations, finance, or project management
• Have a Bachelor’s degree (required)

• 100% commission-based with high upside

• Access to a large broker community and buyer network
