Position: Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software Applications

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage sales activities
  • Sell consumables and accessories to both existing and new customers while exploring opportunities with competitive accounts
  • Build rapport with Territory Managers and customers through professional service and effective communication
  • Report on customer sentiment and develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in account management and client-focused solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization
  • Experience using  or similar CRM tools
