We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms.

• Engage with residential and small businesses across the NJ territory
• Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and rooftop solar
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers

• Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts
• High school diploma

• On target earnings (OTE): $75,500.00 – $ per year
• W2 role – Minimum Draw during training +
  uncapped commissions!
