Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines office-based sales support with field sales responsibilities, including client visits, business development, and industry event participation.
- Inside/Sales Duties:
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins - Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Outside/Sales Duties:
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors - Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct client visits and product presentations
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Proven experience in sales - Required:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel - Preferred:
Industry experience in glass, hardware, or construction - Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish - Preferred:
