About This Position
Market Area Managers (Dealer Relationships) work within their assigned geographic territory to build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships. Residency within or near the assigned territory is required.
Responsibilities- Prospect automotive dealerships to enhance business development outcomes.
- Provide account management and client services to build a strategic and consultative relationship with customers.
- Manage a territory with entrepreneurial drive and dedication, acting as a small business owner.
- Minimum 80% travel within the market; occasional overnight travel less than 10%.
- Track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.
- Preferred: knowledge or experience in auto finance or retail operations of automobile dealerships; existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly performance-based commission (targeted compensation $111,450+). Quarterly profit sharing and annual merit bonuses are available.
