Position Summary

Field‑based TAS role driving demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and scientific dialogue. Serves as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; liaises cross‑functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.

• Portfolio Promotion:
  Promote approved indications; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; build territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) and provide insights; meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
• Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
  Present label‑consistent approved data; conduct in‑office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for medical/technical inquiries.
• Cross‑functional collaboration:
  Coordinate with other field teams; share insights internally.

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers; cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Demonstrated account management, selling, and performance against goals; cross‑functional effectiveness; selling/promotional skills.

US $134,390–$162,843 base range; additional incentive (eligibility‑based). Health, wellbeing, 401(k), insurance, PTO, and other time‑off options (eligibility‑based).
