Open Ed, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Advisor Team Leader to build and lead the inside sales function. In this role, you will recruit, coach, and develop a team of Enrollment Advisors, establishing playbooks and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive success. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Candidates should have significant experience in inside sales and team management, with a proven track record in building sales functions. This position reports directly to the VP of Family Success.
