SALES Assistant, Walmart

A leading apparel company is seeking a Walmart Sales Assistant to support the sales team and help manage the day-to-day needs of a key retail account.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience working with Walmart, preferably within the apparel or consumer products industry, and understands the fast-paced nature of retail sales.

• Support the Walmart sales team with daily account needs and communication.
• Assist with orders, product information, pricing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Merchandising, Production, and Design.
• Track samples, product updates, and key account deadlines.
• Maintain organized sales reports and account information.
• Help prepare for Walmart meetings, presentations, and line reviews.

• 2–4 years of relevant sales or account experience.
• Walmart experience required.
• Apparel or consumer products experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base
