Lutheran Senior LIFE is seeking a Full-Time Outreach Sales Coordinator for our Program in Jersey City. This position would cover all of Hudson County. Salary $70-$75k with a full complement of benefits.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Outreach Sales Coordinator participates in sales activities within assigned territories, from lead generation through close, to achieve membership and census goals.

Education/Training/

Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing, public healthcare/policy, or a related field from an accredited college/university OR minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing.

• Skill(s):
  Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintains professional and courteous phone etiquette when communicating with coworkers, colleagues and other external stakeholders.
• Dependable and flexible with work hours, with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to support effective promotion and marketing efforts.
• Demonstrates initiative and sound independent judgment in responding promptly to customer needs, while bringing enthusiasm and genuine compassion for the senior population.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with experience in EHR and CRM systems preferred.
