We are seeking a driven, proactive Sales & Onboarding Specialist to expand our network of local merchant partners. In this role, you will identify and connect with small business owners, introduce them to the Deal Magik platform, and guide them through a smooth setup and onboarding process. You will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own daily schedule while collaborating closely with our core team to achieve regional growth objectives.

• Prospect & Target:
  Identify and initiate contact with independent local businesses (dining, beauty/wellness, home and auto services, retail, and local activities) within target corridors.
• Demonstrate Platform Value:
  Present Deal Magik’s features—such as custom digital storefronts, integrated booking calendars, multi-redemption promotional tracking, and zero hidden checkout fees.
• Merchant Onboarding:
  Assist newly signed merchants through profile setup, ensuring accurate menus/service lists, schedules, and initial promotions.
• Pipeline Management:
  Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach, follow-ups, and active onboarding stages.
• Team Accountability:
  Operate independently day‑to‑day while aligning with team benchmarks and strategic regional sales goals.

• Work Style:
  Self‑starter capable of managing time autonomously, paired with personal accountability to a remote team structure.
• Equipment:
  Must have your own reliable smartphone, tablet, or laptop to conduct outreach, product demonstrations, and merchant onboarding.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in B2B sales, field marketing, merchant services, software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS), or local business canvassing is an asset.
