Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Location: North Jersey, NJ

Schedule: All days available (including weekends as needed)

Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available

We are seeking professional, polished, and customer-service–oriented Luxury Retail Security Officers to provide security services at high-end retail and luxury brand locations throughout North Jersey. Officers must maintain a strong yet discreet security presence while delivering exceptional customer service and protecting clients, employees, and merchandise.

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence within luxury retail environments
• Conduct routine foot patrols of sales floors, stock rooms, and surrounding areas
• Monitor customer activity to deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment
• Control access to restricted areas and back-of-house locations
• Observe, report, and document incidents accurately and professionally
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents
• Provide courteous assistance and clear communication to clients, staff, and customers
• Enforce site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Valid New Jersey SORA Security Guard Card (required)
• Prior security experience required (retail or luxury retail security preferred)
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and work ethic
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong report-writing skills
• Must be punctual, dependable, and well-presented
• Ability to work all days, including weekends and holidays as required

• Luxury retail, retail loss prevention, or high-end customer-facing security experience
• Experience working in upscale or brand-sensitive environments
• CCTV, access control, or loss prevention systems experience
• Concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing background

• Competitive hourly pay at $20.00 per hour
