JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years of global security operations experience, preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.

* Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.

* Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..

* Strong knowledge of alarm panels, intrusion detection, and incident escalation procedures.

* Proven experience with access control and badge management.

* Ability to monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV feeds, while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to security events in global operations environment.

* Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to changing operational needs.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.

* Proven experience with access control and badge management.

* CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)

* Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.

* Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.

* Background in corporate, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise security environments.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.

* Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.

* Monitor access points, visitor traffic, and key-controlled areas in accordance with site procedures, including verifying identification and/or credentials as directed.

* Observe and report unusual conditions, alarms, and/or security-related hazards, completing accurate reports and communicating updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.

* Possess a college degree.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* A guard card/license is preferred.

* CPR certification is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
