Vice President, Prime Services

Position Overview

Vice President, Prime Services Applications with BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. located in Jersey City, NJ. Responsible for presenting proposals to business and IT stakeholders that target technology improvements to the Prime Services platform.

• Requires either a Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Electronic & Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with 5 years of experience as a VP (Prime Services Applications) or related position in IT application support within an international bank or financial services organization; or a Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Global Markets Equity Derivative business products and Electronic Markets.
• Strong skills in Python, Java, and Unix shell scripting, as well as monitoring tools such as Geneos and Dynatrace.
• Experience with Project Management, Risk Management (IT Operational Risk Management, Market Risk, and Credit Risk), and Data Governance.

Remote work permitted up to 2 days per week.

Salary range: $150,301 – $205,000 per year (actual salary may vary based on level, location, and other factors).
