Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive site security plans, aligning with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify and mitigate threats.
• Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to resolve security events swiftly.
• Oversee physical security measures, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter protection.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in site or facility security, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in incident response, threat analysis, and security audit methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
