Regulated Messaging Engineer Proofpoint (NJ NC)

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Regulated Messaging Engineer Proofpoint (NJ NC) to join their dynamic team. As a Regulated Messaging Engineer Proofpoint (NJ NC), you will be an integral part of the Compliance Technology Department supporting the Messaging Compliance and Electronic Retention teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to compliance challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $70-$73 on W2

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and maintain messaging compliance platforms to meet regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Configure and manage Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for secure email and messaging archiving and retention.
• Integrate messaging compliance solutions with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg.
• Lead complex migration projects ensuring adherence to security, change control, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate project updates and milestones effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, specifically in compliance policy management (not email DLP encryption or fraud defense).
• Knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks.
• Scripting experience with Python and familiarity with MSSQL database management.
• Experience with translation models, machine learning, and language classifiers is highly desirable.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects in regulated environments.
