Security Guard Part Time Guest Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and access permissions, issue visitor credentials, and maintain front desk logs and reports in accordance with site requirements.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building personnel, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.;
Answer phones, greet employees and guests, direct arrivals appropriately, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of access control procedures.;
Support daily operations at a financial institution location by observing activity at entry points, reporting unusual behavior or conditions, and documenting security-related concerns in a timely manner.
