We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a must. This part-time position pays $20 per hour.

• Observe and Patrol
  - Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.
• Loss Prevention
  - Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.
• Monitor
  - Monitoring and review of CCTV footage.
• Record
  - Preparing Activity Reports that include the name of the guard, areas patrolled, and a summary of events
• Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.
• Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, guests, and delivery personnel.
• Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.
• Other
  - Other responsibilities as assigned.
