Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, campus concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, providing information, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity in accordance with site-specific procedures;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly using required reporting tools
