Provide outstanding customer service at a front desk within a financial institution by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal policies.;
Greet visitors, employees, and contractors; verify identification and authorization; manage visitor registration; and direct individuals to appropriate areas.;
Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while protecting confidential client and visitor information.
