**** We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Licensed SORA Security Officer
** to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This position combines security responsibilities with high-level concierge service, making it ideal for someone who is alert, personable, and experienced in working in residential or commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a
** valid New Jersey SORA guard license
** and prior
** experience

** luxury OR corporate environment**.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk or lobby
* Monitor building access and verify visitors, vendors, and deliveries
* Maintain detailed visitor and incident logs
* Conduct routine patrols of the property as required
* Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or resident concerns
* Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary
* Accept and manage packages and deliveries
* Enforce building rules, policies, and safety procedures
** Required Qualifications**
* ** Valid New Jersey SORA Security Guard License (REQUIRED)**
* ** Prior CLASS A BUILDING OR MILITARY EXPIRIENCE (REQUIRED)
*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
* Basic computer skills for logging and reporting
* Reliable transportation and punctuality
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in residential high-rise or luxury property settings
* CPR/First Aid certification
* Bilingual is a plus
