Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Hudson House in Jersey City, NJ. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and assist with preventive maintenance to keep common areas and units safe and functional.
The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Onsite work may include outdoor tasks in all weather conditions and occasional travel to nearby properties.
