Junior Apprentice Technician - Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority.
This full-time (40 hrs./week) entry-level position performs manual tasks within the Operations Division, including assignments in Distribution, Treatment, Fleet Maintenance, and Facility Maintenance. The role is structured as a training position to develop basic skills in the maintenance and repair of distribution systems, asset, and related facilities, with opportunities for advancement. The position will work in a variety of environmental conditions and must be availability for 24/7 standby duty with an approximate 45-mintue response time.
Non-standard work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We offer a competitive salary (Range: $25.65 Hourly + Overtime), comprehensive health benefits, PTO, pension plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
