Aurora offers a guaranteed minimum compensation structure with additional productivity-based earning potential as your patient panel and clinical volume grow.
Full-time clinicians receive a guaranteed monthly minimum, providing predictable income and financial stability while their outpatient patient panel develops.
As clinical volume grows, compensation transitions to a productivity-based model once productivity earnings exceed the guaranteed minimum.
This structure provides:
- Productivity-based upside
- Compensation that scales with completed clinical volume
- Aurora-supported patient acquisition and panel growth
- No need to build or market a private practice
Actual compensation details and productivity rates will be discussed during the interview process.
Why Join Aurora?
Growing Patient Demand
Aurora continues to experience growing demand for outpatient psychiatric care.
Our goal is to help clinicians develop productive, sustainable patient panels. While appointment volume depends on provider availability and patient demand, Aurora continually invests in patient acquisition, referral relationships, and operational infrastructure designed to support provider schedules.
Clinicians who maintain broader and more consistent availability have greater opportunity to develop high-volume outpatient schedules and benefit from the productivity-based compensation model.
No Practice Building Required
You should be able to focus on being a psychiatric clinician—not running a business.
Aurora provides the infrastructure behind your outpatient practice. You will not be responsible for building your own referral network, marketing yourself, negotiating insurance contracts, independently managing payer credentialing, billing and collections, scheduling, routine prior authorizations, or routine patient communications.

- Insurance verification
- Patient intake and scheduling
- Patient communications and appointment reminders
- Billing and revenue cycle management
- Claims management and administrative coordination
Aurora participates with major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and other commercial and regional payers.
