Location: Durham NC, Westlake TX, Boston MA, Jersey city NJ, Covington KY, Merrimack NH, Smithfield RI and Salt lake City UT — 2 weeks onsite per Month
The Expertise and Skills You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (advanced study preferred)
- 10+ years of IT experience as a developer
- Proficiency in Java
, Spring Boot
, and REST services - Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Preferred knowledge of ag-Grid
- Preferred knowledge of JEST unit testing framework
- Experience with modern web application packaging and deployment tools such as Yeoman
, Grunt
, and Gulp - Experience with build and CI/CD tools including Ant, Maven, Nexus, Git, Jenkins, and NPM
- Expertise working with large volumes of real-time data
, including big-data technologies such as KDB/Q or similar - Experience working in an Agile environment
, with Scrum certifications preferred - Prior exposure to trading systems or brokerage technology (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with event-driven and service-oriented processing models
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud technologies (certifications welcome but hands-on expertise preferred)
