Cloud Engineer - Software, DevOps, Senior Developer, Full Stack Developer
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of Appian/BPM solutions
- Translate requirements into scalable workflows and automation
- Drive process automation, orchestration, and case management
- Partner with cloud/infrastructure teams for AWS deployment and scaling
- Evaluate and align BPM solutions with architecture standards
- Optimize performance and reduce bottlenecks
- Integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and event‑driven architecture
- Leverage AI tools to support development and documentation
- Provide technical leadership across full development lifecycle
- Design intuitive UI/UX aligned with accessibility and usability standards
- Ensure alignment with risk, control, and governance frameworks
- Promote CI/CD, Dev Ops, and deployment best practices
- 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and BPM platforms
- Strong Appian expertise (modeling, SAIL, integrations)
- Experience designing BPM workflows, automation, and case management
- Knowledge of microservices and REST APIs
- Experience with databases and enterprise systems
- Hands‑on with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiar with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Maven
- Experience with AI development tools
- Strong workflow optimization and business rules knowledge
- Agile environment experience
Strong UI/UX and workflow design skills - Experience with testing frameworks and automation
- Solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
