Solution Architect - Forward Deployment Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of GenAI solutions, rapidly designing, coding, and deploying production‑grade AI agents in real customer environments, and feeding those learnings back into the Amdocs core platform.

• Own the full technical mission — from customer discovery and problem framing through production deployment
• Design, code, and deploy production‑grade GenAI agents and MVPs in short execution cycles.
• Work hands‑on with LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and enterprise data systems
• Integrate GenAI solutions into large‑scale, real‑world enterprise platforms and workflows
• Act as the bridge between field deployments and core R&D, driving reuse and productization of successful patterns
• Collaborate as part of a global Forward Deployed Engineering team operating across Israel, India, and the United States

• 10+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI / LLM‑based systems and complex enterprise‑scale system integration
• Strong active coding skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
• Proven ability to deliver working production systems under tight timelines
• Comfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
• Background in client‑facing ML/AI roles spanning R&D, architecture, product, delivery, and integration is an advantage
• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor any work authorization now or in the future for this position.
