Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote; local candidates only)
Visa: US Citizens or Green Card holders only

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Architect/Developer with a strong UI/UX focus and expertise in AG Grid to join our development team. This is a 100% hands-on coding role that also requires some architectural-level experience in designing and implementing scalable front-end solutions.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI applications using Angular (version 14+).
- Implement and customize AG Grid for complex data display and interactions.
- Contribute to UI/UX architecture and design decisions to ensure best user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and UI/UX trends.
- 10+ years of experience in UI development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular 14+ framework.
- Hands-on experience with AG Grid.
- Proven UI/UX architecture and design experience.
- Strong JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS skills.
- Experience in building complex, interactive web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Jersey City, NJ).
