Overview

Cloud Engineer (Hybrid, NYC area) W2 Only

• 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud engineering
• Expertise in Kubernetes, including building, deploying, and maintaining clusters on EKS and AKS
• Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Jenkins
• Proficiency in coding with Java or Golang
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies in AWS and/or Azure
• Experience developing SDKs in GO or Python
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes core concepts and custom resource development
• Passion for Dev Ops culture and practices

• Familiarity with Git Ops tooling such as ArgoCD
• Experience with building scalable cloud applications
• Background in contributing to open source projects
• Experience with scripting and automation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive hands-on cloud and Kubernetes experience, ideally over 5 years
• Prior experience transitioning from software development into cloud engineering

Estimated Min Rate: $52.50

Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
