Job Description – React JS With Java Full Stack Developer

Client is seeking a highly skilled React JS with Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
, and modern cloud‑native development practices. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and Dev Ops teams to deliver scalable and secure financial applications.

• Strong hands‑on experience with React JS
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest/Enzyme
• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17)
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience building Microservices Architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA
• Good understanding of multithreading and performance tuning

• Experience with Oracle Database / PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops
• Version control using Git
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/Open Shift preferred

• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ preferred
• Experience with API integration and middleware

• Design and develop scalable full‑stack banking applications
• Build reusable UI components using React JS
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement secure REST APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Ensure compliance with banking security and coding standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of React JS development experience
• 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot development experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with Client applications or Capital Markets domain
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, SAML
• Exposure to Open Shift or cloud‑native platforms
• Experience with Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or monitoring tools
