Senior Application Developer Direct Hire Hybrid onsite required Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000+ Overview Seeking a senior-level developer to support and enhance internal business applications in a highly customized environment. This role combines hands-on development with design and oversight responsibilities, working closely with both local and distributed teams. Responsibilities Design and develop applications within a configurable platform Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and design guidance Support and collaborate with distributed development teams Handle production issues and ensure system stability Contribute to application architecture and long-term improvements Participate in full lifecycle delivery from design through support Requirements Strong experience in application development within configurable platforms Ability to build and support applications end-to-end

Experience with system design, architecture, and code quality practices Comfortable working with distributed/offshore teams Hands-on development experience with leadership capabilities Strong problem-solving and communication skills Relevant platform certifications are a plus Additional Details Hybrid work model Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
