Role Overview We are seeking a resource to design, develop, maintain, and test software. This role involves collaboration with the development team and business partners to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in an agile environment. The candidate will be expected to deliver projects on time and without defects, working hands-on with various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and modify PL/SQL and SQL Views in Oracle.
* Create new tables and modify existing table structures based on specifications.
* Conduct performance tuning and interpret explain plans.
* Implement normalization, renormalization, and star schema database designs.
* Develop stored procedures, database triggers, and SQL queries.
* Develop test cases and perform unit testing.
* Work independently and provide regular status updates to management.
* Coordinate and guide development team members.
* Interact with onsite leadership and developers.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

*** 5+ years of experience in programming and development.
* 3+ years of experience with Python development.
* 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, including data interaction and capture from various source systems.
* Experience developing in an Agile project methodology.
* Experience with Compliance or Operational Risk.
** Technical

Skills:

*** Python, SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle).
* Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Git Hub.
* Jira.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.
* Knowledge of Informatica and Autosys.
* Understanding of Unix Concepts.
* Experience with SDM Adoption / Horizon onboarding tools (e.g., Bit Bucket, Datical).
* Knowledge of Agile best practices.
