Lead - API Test Engineer; Front end - Jersey

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities within the program, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Design and execute test cases for RESTful APIs, focusing on payment initiation and status check endpoints.
• Work closely with application development teams and regional product managers to understand requirements and address testing challenges.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Pytest to ensure consistent and repeatable testing processes.
• Document test cases, test results, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects, working with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Proficiency in Postman for API testing; familiarity with Bruno is a plus.
• Experience with Pytest for writing and executing automated test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of Python for test automation purposes.
• Familiarity with Git for code versioning and collaboration.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools to integrate testing processes.

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
