• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks
• Develops secure and high‑quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
• Advises cross‑functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise
• Serves as the function’s go‑to subject matter expert
• Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
• Lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automate lead qualification and engagement workflows, integrating AI capabilities into existing Java-based Martech platforms for enhanced lead management and advisor support
• Advance experience with Java, Python, Java Spring, ORM frameworks, Agentic AI frameworks (a2a, lang Graph), messaging frameworks, unit and automated testing frameworks (BDD, Functional & Performance), and databases
• Demonstrates extensive hands‑on experience in software engineering and Machine Learning (ML) engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production systems
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with in-depth expertise in one or more technical disciplines
• Architects and implements high‑throughput, low‑latency microservices with Web Socket, gRPC, REST, and Graph
  
  QL, including protocol buffer schema design, streaming endpoints, and load balancing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands‑on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
